All vendors are encouraged to bring a
give-away or raffle item for their booth. Main Line Media News reserves the
right to refuse vendor space. No affixing of anything to walls, floor or ceiling
with nails, staples, tape or any substance unless approved by management in
advance. Absolutely no flyers, business cards or signs permitted in booths other
than the company registered above. Space will not be reserved unless application
is accompanied by payment in full. No monies shall be returned or credited if
exhibitor cancels booth(s). Flair ’10 and Main Line Media News shall not be
responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased cost, or other unfavorable
conditions arising out of causes not unreasonably in control of Flair ’10 or
Main Line Media News, including without limitation, inclement weather or acts of
God. You agree to hold harmless Main Line Media News, Journal Register Company,
or their agents, vendors, or assigns for any damage, loss or injury resulting
from your participation in the show before, during and/or after. I/we understand
that this contract shall not become valid until it has been accepted by Main
Line Media News. In the event of your participating, you agree that your
business name and image may be used for any Flair ’10 promotion and publicity
purposes.
